Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing

• Quote and stock enquiries (contact form): Processing your name, phone number, e-mail address and project information to respond to your enquiry. Legal ground: explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1).
• Website analytics: Anonymised usage statistics via Google Analytics 4. Legal ground: legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
• Advertising measurement: Google Ads conversion tracking. Legal ground: explicit consent.

Data Transfer

Form submission data is processed by our e-mail service provider (Resend) solely for the purpose of delivering your enquiry to us. Analytics and advertising data is processed by Google LLC in accordance with their privacy policy. No personal data is transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention Period

Personal data collected via contact forms is retained for a maximum of 2 years.

Your Rights under KVKK

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed;
• Request information about the processing;
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose;
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad;
• Request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data;
• Request deletion or destruction of personal data;
